Do you have a current letter of good standing with the Workers Compensation Board?  If yes, can I have a copy?

What types of insulation will you be using and what are the R-values of these insulations.

We will answer

Will you be using batt insulation in the walls or attic?  If so, ask what other options are available.  There are better products available like spray foam, spray on fiberglass, and blown-in that will be better installed and air seal better with a higher R-value to save you money for years. Always take into consideration what you can save over the long term not the short term.

We do not use batts. They are a thing of the past. We use the newest and best insulation on the market.

Ask if they have been in business for five or more years to ensure they are not a fly by night business. Check their web-site and try to determine how well established they are.  You want a business that will be here for years to come.

We are in it for the long term. We want to make our customers happy.
